The picture
The above is a view of the venue near Cape Town in South Africa where we organized a very memorable event in March 2003. Since that time we have organized events in twelve countries, ranging from boutique seminars for up to twenty people to larger corporate events.
What kind of events?
We specialize in events whose avowed purpose is to allow people to come together and communicate, in order that pre-defined outcomes can be achieved. We do this by assisting clients with programme creation, event topology and if appropriate - hand-held communication devices such as key-pads or laptops.
Events systems
With the implementation of our custom-designed ECM (Events Communication Manager) software, each event leaves a record which can be subsequently analyzed to measure effectiveness and contribute to improved future events.
Practicalities
We handle all aspects of the event, from booking venues to designing and hosting websites with online booking and payments systems.
