Consultancy
Consultancy is a much over-used term which seems to cover a multitude of activities. At Xecnet consultancy has at its core a co-operative function based not only on the input of perspectives based on wide international experience, but in particular a function which has the ability to focus on current realities in a way which is very difficult for organizations involved with their daily activities even to consider.
Our approach
We offer the implementation of the GEM (Global Enterprise Model), in organizations, whereby through our experiential approach, client company staff can learn to apply a genuinely leaderless approach in their organizations - putting the needs of all of the members of the organization at the centre of their attention in such a way that new and vital energies are released and real operational efficiencies are made. In every case where the GEM has been fully implemented - often as a result of a single day's sessions - the results have been spectacular, from vastly increased well-being amongst the staff to radical simplification and streamlining of procedures.
Transparency
Transparency and open communication, when structured with the GEM, inevitably lead to true accountability, something which has always proved very difficult to implement in organizations, public or private. The true power of such transparent organizational structures has to be seen to be believed, leaving many practitioners with the conviction that a complete renewal of organizational life to the benefit of both the members and the missions of the organizations cannot be avoided.
Practicalities
We normally start relationships with clients with a seminar
presentation, either at one of our public sessions or at the clients
premises. In line with our committment to transparency, our consultancy
conditions are made public. Our consultants are totally committed to your
project, and are prepared to work with you from 06.00 to 22.00 each engagement
day. Our consultants are charged to you at a per diem rate of £
10,000 per consultant (the minimum contract is for one day), plus business-class
return transport costs from our nearest office to your premises. All charges
are invoiced daily and invoices are required to be settled by direct bank
transfer within 7 days of invoice date.
We work exclusively in English and in German.
